- PINE VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT Notice is Hereby Given that the Pine Valley Special Service District intends to hold a public hearing on a proposed 2025 Budget Amendment on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Pine Valley Fire Station, located at 680 East Main, Pine Valley, Utah 84781. The Pine Valley Special Service District was established by Washington County in 2008 and is proposing to amend the 2025 Capital Budget to consider the purchase of: - Zoll Patient Monitor (refurbished) - $24,610.68; - Positive-pressure ventilation fan for Engine 141 - $6,434.60; and - New drone with thermal imaging and infrared camera - $17,000. The three requests total $48,045.28. Hearing A public hearing on the proposed Budget Amendment will be held by the Pine Valley Special Service District on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Pine Valley Fire Station, located at 680 East Main, Pine Valley, Utah 84781.
