1. Welcome - Mary Esther Putnam.
2. Approval of October Meeting Minutes.
3. Update on Flooding and Mitigation Efforts - Mark Owens.
4. Webmaster Update - Robert Hardy.
5. Fire Department Report - Robert Hardy.
6. Request for Approval to Extend the VEST Contract through 2026 - Teri Forbes.
7. Clerk and Treasurer's Reports (October) - Rick Peetz and Teri Forbes.
8. 2026 Tentative Budget to be presented for Board Review - Rick Peetz.
A. PUBLIC HEARING: Amendments to the 2025 Capital Budget to three items proposed by Chief Hardy at last meeting consisting of a (1) a Zoll Monitor ($24,610.68; (2) a positive-pressure ventilation fan for Engine 141 ($6,434.60); and (3) a drone with thermal imaging ($17,000.00). Chair Opens the Public Hearing. Please note: Each speaker will be allotted a maximum of two minutes to speak.
9. Motion to Close the Public Hearing.
10. Chair Reopens the Public Meeting.
11. Annual Board Fraud Risk Assessment Form/Report - Bob Dalley and Allen Cannon.
12. Conflict of Interest and Ethical Behavior Forms to be signed by Board Members - Bob Dalley.
13. Quarterly Bank Reconciliations Report - Bob Dalley and Allen Cannon.
14. Citizen Requests-Any person wishing to bring an item not otherwise on the agenda should raise their hand and give their name for the record to the attention of the Board Chairwoman, Mary Esther Putnam, and the additional members of the Board. The Chair or Board will take no action at this time. All items will be referred to the Board and/or Fire Chief for follow-up and report.
The next board meeting is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
