- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN AS AN ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN Notice is hereby given that West Point City, located in Davis County, Utah, intends to amend the Transportation Master Plan, which is an element of the West Point City General Plan. This notice is given pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. ยง 10-9a-203. The City intends to review and make possible revisions to the Transportation Master Plan for areas within the City's current municipal boundaries. Those receiving this notice are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the General Plan. Any information should be provided in writing. More information about the General Plan can be found on the City website at www.westpointutah.gov.
