Description/Agenda: The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 25-55 during the meeting held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025: 'an ordinance amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code; amending Section 13-2-3 (Definitions), by adding the 'Affordable Housing' definition, and Subsection 13-8-23(b) (Exemptions to the Balanced Housing Ordinance); and enacting Chapter 13-5p (Home Ownership Promotion Zone)'.
