- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE AUTHORITY will hold a regular meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Approval of the agenda 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 4. Review and discuss for approval a lot line adjustment with Jeffrey Knight located at 1370 South Center Tax Id. #10-075-0001 and Derek Griffin located at 1400 South Center Tax Id. #10-075-0002.
