Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE BEAR RIVER WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Bear River Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees has four vacancies representing the following areas: 1) Bothwell / Thatcher / Howell 2) Brigham City 3) Tremonton / Garland / Elwood 4) Portage / Plymouth / Fielding / Riverside (one year term) Board Members are appointed to serve a four-year term, with the exception of area 4), which is to fill the remaining one year of a four-year term. Each Board Member must be a registered voter, a resident within the boundaries of the District and a resident of the area they are representing.
