A. Department Head 2026 Budget Presentation
The purpose of this work meeting is to review and discuss departmental budget requests and proposed capital projects for the upcoming fiscal year. We will begin with a brief introduction outlining the overall budget process and goals.
Following the introduction, an overview of all departmental requests and capital project proposals will be presented. Each department will then have the opportunity to explain their specific budget needs and priorities directly to the Council.
Presentations will be made in the following order:

2. Justice Court
3. Recorder
4. Sheriff
5. Emergency Services
6. Human Services
7. Human Resources
8. Information Technology
9. Parks and Recreation
4. Discussion Items
5. Adjournment- Closed Session if needed
