This is an agreement for telephone services at the Tooele County Jail for inmates. This is a multi- year deal where new equipment will be installed. All calls for inmates will go through this service at the indicated rates, of which Tooele County shall be paid a portion.

B. Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County for Agency Reviews and Permitting of Farnsworth Peak, Nathan Harris
This is an interlocal agreement for agency reviews and permitting for property owned by
Bonneville Communications that spans both Tooele and Salt Lake Counties. This agreement outlines that Tooele County will be the basis for permits and reviews.

This resolution increases the General Fund by $236,988, Assessing & Collecting Fund by $95,000, Human Services Fund by $49,000, Public Health Fund by $32,000, Aging Fund by $113,000, and Airport Fund by $14,000.

C. Pine Valley Water MOU - Tooele County Executed
This is the MOU with other counties in Utah and Nevada for the purpose of establishing a collaborative framework for opposing the proposed Pine Valley Water Supply Project. This has only been signed by Tooele County at this time, but it is anticipated that other counties will also sign the agreement.
