- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION BUILDING SERVICES BOARD OF APEALS AND EXAMINERS NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Wednesday, November 12, 2025, a public hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Board of Appeals and Examiners to consider an appeal by Peter Fillmore, President of the Board of Directors, Oak Hills Gardens Condominium Association. The appeal will be considered under Salt Lake City Code Chapter 18.12 and protests the issuance of building permit BLD2024-07923. The appellant and witnesses will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
