- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Governmental Records Access Management Act Appeals Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Suite 360, Ogden, Utah 84401 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Approval of minutes for the July 31, 2025 meeting 2. Hearing on an Appeal of Denial of the GRAMA Request of Dawn Newman by the Chief Administrative Officer Designee of Weber County regarding 'copies of documents prosecutors relied on relating to an affidavit filed by the Weber County Attorney's Office'. Appellant: Dawn Newman 3.
