- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments Housing Subcommittee will hold a regular meeting at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, in the Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Blvd. Suite 360, Ogden, Utah The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair, Michelle Tait B. Consent Items Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 6, 2025. C. Non-Action Items 1. GIS Report Presenter: Mayor Ben Nadolski, Ogden City 2. Discuss Housing Master Plan Resolution Presenter: Councilman Richard Hyer, Ogden City 3. Housing Update Presenter: Cameron Diehl and Karson Eilers, ULCT D. Public Comments E.
