- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Russ Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Bolos C. Invocation - Commissioner Harvey D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 6, 2025. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. Data on Homelessness in Weber County Presenter: Kenton Jensen 3. Transfer Station Update: Presenters: John Watson and Sean Wilkinson G. Action Items 1. Discussion and/or action on the 2025 Transportation Priority List Recommendation Presenter: Brooke Stewart H.
