REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROJECT INFORMATION
A. Notice to Bidders: Prequalified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.
1. Regulatory Requirements: Local laws and regulations shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids.
B. Project Identification: Holladay City Hall Remodel.: 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
Representative: Joe Bolton.
Architect: Process Studio PLLC - Contact Dwight Yee.
E. Project Description: Project consists of remodel of existing building.
1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under 10 million dollars.
F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
1. General Contract (all trades).
1.2 PRE-QUALIFICATION
A. Owner will issue Prequalification Request.
1. Date for Prequalification Request: October 29, 2025. A Prequalification meeting (mandatory) for all bidders will be held at 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah 84117 on November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, local time.
Plans and specifications will be issued to Prequalified Bidders on November 6, 2025, after prequalification meeting. All qualification questions to be submitted to Jared Bunch via email at
JBunch@holladayUT.gov by November 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM, local time.
