NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF SOUTH JORDAN WILL HOLD A FINAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE AT 9:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2025. IN THE MATTER OF THE TERMINATION APPEAL OF KAYLEE ATKINSON. THE HEARING WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON AT THE SOUTH JORDAN CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1600 W. TOWNE CENTER DRIVE, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH. PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHO MAY NEED ASSISTANCE SHOULD CONTACT THE DEPUTY CITY RECORDER AT 801-446-HELP (4357) AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THIS MEETING. THE AGENDA WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: NOVEMBER 14, 2025 9:00 A.M. 1. Argument on outstanding motions and objections submitted by the parties in the matter of the termination appeal of Kaylee Atkinson. 2.
