PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-16 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 4th day of November, 2025, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from October 9, 2025, special board meeting and October 22, 2025 special board meeting (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. [District No. 2] Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
B. Consider approval of tentative operating and capital budgets for calendar year 2026 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
