NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting on October 29, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 1029-25 - An Ordinance approving a General Plan change from Low Density to Medium Density, Low Density to High Density, Medium Density to Low Density, Medium Density to High Density, Medium Density to High Density, and High Density to Medium Density in the vicinity of 800 North 3700 West; 2. Ordinance No. 1029-25-1 - An Ordinance changing the zones from R-1 to R-2-1, R-1 to RN, R-2-1 to R-2-2, R-2-1 to RN, R-2-2 to R-1, R-2-2 to R-2-1, R-2-2 to RN, RN to R-2-2 in the vicinity of 800 North 3700 West; 3. Ordinance No. 1029-25-2 - An Ordinance amending a development agreement for a property located at approximately 800 North 3700 West; 4. Ordinance No. 1029-25-3 - An Ordinance approving a General Plan change from Highway/Regional Commercial to Central Commercial in the vicinity of 1157 S Main; and 5. Ordinance No. 1029-25-4 - An Ordinance changing the zone from Residential Dwelling - Two Unit (R-2-2) to Central Commercial (CC) in the vicinity of 1157 S Main. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
