- Vineyard City Notice of Public Hearing to Update Construction Development and Design Standards Notice is hereby given that the Vineyard City Council, a local municipality council located in Utah County, Utah, will hold a public hearing prior to updating the Construction and Design Standards for the city. The public hearing will take place Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, approximately 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible. The public is hereby invited to attend the hearing.
