PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET
Notice Date: November 1, 2025
The Housing Authority of Carbon-Emery County gives notice that the proposed annual budget for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2026 is available for review and public comment. The PHA is required to submit this budget to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Availability of Documents
The proposed annual budget is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Housing Authority office, located at 251 South 1600 East, Ste. 2647, Price, Utah. The documents can also be reviewed online at the Housing Authority website: https://www.carbonemeryhousing.com/
Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held to accept comments on the proposed annual budget. All residents and interested community members are invited to attend.

Submitting Written Comments
Anyone unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments. Comments must be received no later than December 15th 2025, at the close of business. Written comments can be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to:

Consideration of Comments
All comments received, both written and oral, will be considered by the PHA's Board of Commissioners before the final annual budget is approved.
