Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR 2026 TENTATIVE BUDGET HEARING All persons residing within the area served by the Ashley Valley Water Reclamation Facility are hereby notified that the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board will hold a public hearing for the Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2026. This hearing will be held November 18th, 2025 at the Vernal City Office located at 374 E. Main Street, Vernal, UT beginning at 5:00 pm prior to the regular scheduled monthly meeting. All persons concerned with this matter before the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board are invited to attend. A copy of the 2026 Tentative Budget can be obtained starting November 10th, 2025 by contacting Dean Gibbs, General Manager, at (435)-789-9805.
