The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-26, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 13 'Public Services', Chapter 13.04 'Water Service System', Section 13.04.080 'Rates and Connection Fees'.
