- INVITATION TO BID Hooper Water Improvement District is seeking Proposals (RFP) for Filtration Systems for their newest Well 4. The system design criteria is for flows of 3000gpm, treatment for Iron Manganese, Ammonia, and is to include provision for sand separation down to 18microns or smaller. Additional Information is provided in the RFP Document. Hooper Water Improvement District being located at 5555 W 5500 S Hooper, Utah 84315, the Well 4 site being located at 4769w 5100w Hooper. Proposals will be received via Email until 10:00 am local time on November 13th, 2025. Proposals will not be made public at this time. The proposals will be analyzed and evaluated as described in the RFP. Proposals shall be submitted via Email before the bid opening time listed above.
