PUBLIC NOTICE OF 2025 GENERAL ELECTION Issued Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 20A-5-101 Heber City will participate in the General Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. All qualified voters are encouraged to take part in this important opportunity to shape their community's future. Election Day and Polling Hours Voters may cast their ballots in person on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Where to Vote Election Day voting and early voting will take place at the: Wasatch County Administration Building 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032 Early Voting Early in-person voting will be available from Tuesday, October 25 through Friday, October 31, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the same location. Returning Your Ballot Voters may return their voted mail ballot in one of two ways: 1. Deposit it in any official Wasatch County ballot drop box before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day (November 4, 2025); or 2. Mail the ballot early enough to be received by the county clerk before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. - Late ballots received after 8:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025, cannot be counted, regardless of postmark. Questions or Assistance For help locating your polling place or general election information, contact the Wasatch County Clerk/Auditor's Office at (435) 657-3190 or ClerkAuditor@wasatch.utah.gov. Who Can Vote To participate in this election, you must: - Be a citizen of the United States; - Have been a resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the election; and - Be 18 years of age or older on or before Election Day. Accessible Voting Options Voters with disabilities who are unable to vote a manual ballot by mail may obtain information about accessible voting methods by contacting the Wasatch County Clerk/Auditor's Office at (435) 657-3190 or ClerkAuditor@wasatch.utah.gov. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including special audio hearing assistance receivers, or who are non-English speaking, and who would like to participate, should contact Trina Cooke at 435-654-0757, ext. 7886, at least eight hours prior to the meeting.
