Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT AND CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN Heber Light & Power Company will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, at 6:20 p.m. at the Heber Light & Power Business Office, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah, to take public comment on the capital facilities plan and proposed electric impact fees. If approved, Heber Light & Power Company would collect impact fees on new connections or capacity upgrades to help the Company pay for a portion of the costs of the increasing demands on the electric system from new development within the Company's service territory. Copies of the capital facilities plan, impact fee analysis, and draft impact fee enactment are available for inspection (1) at the Wasatch County Public Library, 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah, (2) at Heber Light & Power Company, 31 South 100 West, Heber City, Utah, (3) on Heber Light & Power Company's website (www.heberpower.com), and (4) on the Utah Public Notice website (pmn.utah.gov).
