- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit - 'Resort Lodge' - addressed near 6110 W Bumblebee Springs Road, Cedar City, UT. Property Owner/Applicant: Brandon Cox Approximately 39.2 acres, located at 6110 W Bumblebee Springs Rd/1200 N (E-0290-0002-0000). Property zoned Agriculture 20 Acres (A-20). All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
