Description/Agenda
NOTICE is hereby given that there are two vacancies on the Diamond Valley Fire Special Service District Administrative Control Board. Both vacancies have a term expiring December 31, 2029. To qualify for appointment to that Board, the applicant must meet the following qualifications: 1) Be a U.S. Citizen; and 2) Be a registered voter residing in the boundary of the Diamond Valley Fire Special Service District. Those wishing to serve on the Diamond Valley Fire District Administrative Control Board should submit a completed Notice of Candidacy form to the Washington County Commission on or before November 28, 2025. The county commission will make the appointment(s) in a public meeting after the application period closes. The Notice of Candidacy form is available online at www.washco.utah.gov or at the County Commission Office, 111 East Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. The form may be submitted in person at the County Commission office listed above, by email at sarah.lloyd@washco.utah.gov. Questions may be addressed to Sarah Lloyd at (435) 301-7006.
