- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input and consider approving building signs in nonresidential zoning districts per City Code 10-40-3B, for design review permit requirements pertaining to Sam Patch Co. Grocer and Sundries. The approximate location of the building signs is Highway 101 900 E, Wellsville, UT. Tax Id. #11-088-0023 and Tax Id. #11-112-0001.
