PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, October 30, 2025 commencing at 4:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the September 17, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Review and consider acceptance of September 30, 2025 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure).
III. LEGAL MATTERS
