NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE DISTRICTS' FINAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEARS 2025-2026
The Board of Trustees of Highlands Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-3 will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2025 at 10:00am at the office of York Howell, 10610 South Jordan Gateway, Suite 200, South Jordan, Utah 84095.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the Districts' tentative operating and capital budgets for calendar years 2025-2026 as the final operating and capital budgets for calendar years 2025-2026.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity
to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of
any fund.
The Districts comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable
accommodations for those in need of assistance. Persons requesting accommodations for public
meetings should call Ashley Tedesco at 801-527-1023 at least one (1) full business day before the meeting.
