The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-25, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Construction & Design Standards, Part I 'Design Standards', Chapter 5.0 'Culinary Water System Design'.
