4. OSTA Assistant Director Report (Reported by Greg):
A. Update on Maintenance over the past several months
a. Grass Update (Sports Complex) - The grass went into winter in a healthier state but there are areas that were still concerned with. Soccer practice and games were able to resume for the second half of the fall season. Discussions were had with the soccer coaches for the 2026 spring season and the available start date for their practices, and games.
b. Post event clean up. - Events have been larger, which entails additional time needed for post clean up.
c. Pond Clean out - The pond was extremely overgrown with weeds and sections had fallen in. Weeds were removed and dirt work was completed so storm water can flow appropriately.
d. Barns- Dirt was added to stalls.
e. Welding on several barn doors were required.
B. Update on Projects over the past several months
a. Bollard & Parking lot project
b. Motion lights on building and shed
C. Winterizing throughout the property is being done
D. Vault toilets were pumped by Zunich Brothers. They are now currently locked for the winter.
5. OSTA Director Report (Angie):
A. Our request to fill our open maintenance position was denied. OSTA staff are feeling the stress of not being at full staff. Additionally, OSTA has been in need for another Maintenance Technician for several years now.

B. 2026 OSTA Budget has been presented to the Budget Advisory Board

K. The League of Agricultural & Equine Centers - Angie and Greg were accepted into the 2026 Advanced Footing Academy in Nashville Tennessee. The organization only accepted 6 applications (2 California, 1 North Carolina, 1 Washington, & 2 Utah). To be accepted you must have 3 years' experience in the industry, submit the required application with a letter of recommendation, and an interview/question process.

- OSTA Development Master Plan- UPDATE (In Progress) - Angie & Greg are scheduling regular meetings to devote dedicated time to the master plan and hope to have a rough presentation in the near future.

Bob- Give an update on Rec Board funding to OSTA, OSTA would like to give a BIG Thank you to the RR4W for letting OSTA/Family Support Center use the fencing during Trunk or Treat! The fencing made a huge difference with pedestrian and vehicle safety at this year's event.
