LAND USE APPEAL AUTHORITY HEARING
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances and Appeals on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. online via Microsoft Teams, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Public Meeting: Appeal to City Code Sections 10-1-8 and 10-9A-2
(City Wide)
Public Meeting to consider a request from Robert Schow to appeal Staff's interpretation of City Code Section 10-1-8: Building Permits; Plat Required, and City Code Section 10-9A-2-F: Accessory Uses And Structures in the Rural Residential Zone. The appeal is regarding Staff's determination of a barn being considered as an accessory building instead of a permitted principal structure; Staff's decision to require a subdivision plat; and Staff's decision to require a building permit for the construction of the proposed barn. The subject property is located at 3582 North 900 West in the Parkside at Pleasant Grove Plat C subdivision, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
