- CERTIFICATE OF POSTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO GATHER PUBLIC INPUT ON DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECTS IN RIVER HEIGHTS CITY I, the duly appointed and acting recorder for the city of River Heights, hereby certify that copies of this notice were posted according to USC 63G-30-102 to meet state requirements for a Community Development Block Grant public hearing. The hearing will be held by the River Heights City Council on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E, River Heights.
