- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Garland Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 7:00 pm and the Garland City Council on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm or thereafter. The meeting will be held at the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah, for consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of property: 1) Consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the R-1 (Residential) zoning district. 2) Consideration and possible action on Garland City Code text amendments related to the creation of Title 12 Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance.
