Adjourn STANDING ITEM Tentative Closed Session - The Loan Committee will consider a motion to enter into Closed Session. A closed meeting described under Section 52-4-205 may be held for specific purposes including, but not limited to: 1. Nonpublic personal financial information; or a nonpublic trade secret, as defined in Section 13-24-2, or nonpublic business financial information the disclosure of which would reasonably be expected to result in unfair competitive injury to the person submitting the information; 2. Loan Committee requires advice from legal counsel.
