Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Cottonwood Improvement District will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on November 18, 2025, in the Board Room of the District office located at 8620 Highland Drive, Sandy, Utah, 84093. The purpose of the public hearing is to explain changes and hear comments from the public on the proposed 2026 fee schedule which contains increases in the surcharge rates per pound of BOD and TSS and increases in various fees for returned checks and returned electronic payments. A copy of the proposed 2026 fee schedule can be found on the last page of the District's 2026 tentative budget which is available in the District office, the District website: www.cottonwoodimprovement.gov, and the Utah Public Notice website.
