Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17, as well as the general plan. The City is proposing various text amendments to title and general plan to implement an overlay zone for a missing middle housing proposal.
