- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: General Plan Amendment: A proposal by Mabel Murray-Moss for a General Plan Map amendment at approximately 741 West 3700 South involving approximately 0.668 acres, changing the General Plan Map designation from commercial to low-density residential. Rezone: Request by Mabel Murray-Moss for a rezone of a property currently zoned A-1 located at 741 West 3700 South on approximately 0.668 acres. The proposed zone designation is R-2.
