NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: a. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate of a municipal utility easement, which are designated as common area, limited common area, and limited common driveways, adjoining Lot 114, Waters Edge at Desert Color Shores, as described in Doc. No. 20220052446, located at 5455 S Copper Pearl Lane.
