I, Amy McDonald, Recorder for the Town of Dutch John, Daggett County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Dutch John Town Council meeting held on October 22, 2025 the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted:
- Resolution 2025-06 supporting participation in the all hazards multi-jurisdictional mitigation planning process and adoption of the All Hazards Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Plan
- Resolution 2025-07 authorizing the transfer of buildings and land owned by the Town of Dutch John to the Local Building Authority of the Town of Dutch John
- Ordinance 2025-07 enacting a compensation schedule for the Town of Dutch John, Utah, setting the compensation of elective and statutory officers of the Town of Dutch John
I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on October 24, 2025, in accordance with Utah Code §10-3-711 as a class A notice under Utah Code § 63G-30-102.
