Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5pm in the Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building on November 5th, 2025, to conduct a public hearing on a request by Benson Swain to rezone Parcel #00-0035-0777 from the A-5 Agriculture, 5.00 Acre zoning district to the A-2.5 Agriculture, 2.50-acre zoning district in the Neola area.
If the Planning Commission recommends approval of the proposed zoning map change, notice is also hereby given that the Duchesne County Commission will both conduct a public hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation and consider adopting the proposed zoning map amendment by ordinance on November 10, 2025 at 1pm in the Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building.
