- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider the review for the Preliminary Plat review for the Summit View Hollow Subdivision Consisting of 11 lots total, located at approximately 225 West 1600 South. Tax Id. #10-048-0028 and Tax Id. #10-048-0035.
