Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption of resolution 2025-11 which is the Establishment of the South Cache Valley Recreation Special Service District to Provide Recreation Services, calling a Public Hearing and Providing Notice Thereof and Related Matters.
