A public hearing will be held on the following matters: - An application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat for a one-lot plat, located at 185 W 3300 S (Standard Plumbing). The applicant is Richard Reese. - A resolution of the City of South Salt Lake Planning Commission to forward a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the Water Resource Element update and the On the Move Mobility Plan update in the South Salt Lake City General Plan. The applicant is South Salt Lake City.
