Notice is hereby given that the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a request from Spanish Valley Owner, LLC. The property owner has requested that the County provide Sewer, Water, Emergency, and Road Services to their property located at 144 Shafer Road through a Special Service District. A Public Hearing is required for this request.
