Description/Agenda
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has initiated the Carbonville Road Trail Study (PIN 21914) as part of the Utah Trail Network program. This planning study evaluates the feasibility and environmental considerations for a proposed paved trail connecting downtown Helper to Price.
In March 2025, the community provided feedback on initial trail location alternatives. Using this input and further technical analysis, the project team presented a preferred trail alignment in May 2025. After incorporating public comments, coordinating with landowners and local officials, and completing the feasibility study, the team has identified a recommended trail alignment for the proposed trail.
Date: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
Time: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Carbon County Commission Chambers
751 E 100 N, Price, UT 84501
Meet members of the study team and view the final recommended trail alignment. A presentation will be made at 6 pm, followed by Q&A sessions and open time to explore materials and speak with the team.
