- NOTICE OF PASSAGE A RESOLUTION OF THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING SEWER STANDARD DESIGN INSTALLATION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS SUMMARY OF OAKLEY CITY RESOLUTION 2025-07 On October 22, 2025, the Oakley City Council adopted Resolution No. 2025-07, adopting sewer installation standards and design specifications to assist in the installation of sewer infrastructure and development. A complete copy of Resolution No. 2025-07 and the exhibit of Sewer Standard Plans is available in the Oakley City offices located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley UT 84055
