PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building, on November 5, 2025, to conduct a public hearing on a request by Benson Swain, to rezone Parcel #00-0035-0777 from the A-5 Agriculture, 5.00-acre zoning district to the A-2 1/2 Agriculture, 2.50-acre zoning district in the Neola area. If the Planning Commission recommends approval of the proposed zoning map change, notice is also hereby given that the Duchesne County Commission will both conduct a public hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation and consider adopting the proposed zoning map amendment by ordinance on November 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building. For further information, contact the Duchesne County Planning Division at (435) 738-1152. Email comments to planning@duchesne.utah.gov, or mail them to P.O. Box 317, Duchesne, UT 84021. Persons needing special accommodation for this meeting should call the Duchesne County Planning Division at least 3 days in advance of the hearing.
