Mammoth Creek Special Service District DBA as Mammoth Creek Volunteer Fire District (MCVFD) Agenda for Saturday, November 1, 2025-9AM MST at the Fire Station Call to Order Present Others Present Review Last Meeting Minutes Financial Reports Public Hearing re: 2026 Tentative Budget Request as submitted by the Fire Chief including a potential 2026 budget allocation to replace the existing WiFi service with StarLink and to improve payment processing at fund raising events using 'Square' Chief Ensor Items and Concerns Meeting Frequency: Board consideration of a proposal to add a fourth annual meeting to address timely approvals for equipment purchases and capital outlay. Board 2026 Meeting Schedule: Saturday May 23, 2026 9AM MST Memorial Day Weekend Sunday September 5, 2026 9AM MST Labor Day Weekend Saturday November 7, 2026 9 AM MST The Board will conduct a Public Hearing on the 2026 Tentative Budget Request All meetings will be held at the Fire Station Adjourn
