- PUBLIC NOTICE The Herriman City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of an Ordinance at the meeting held on October 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, Utah, as follows: Ordinance No. 2025-23 adopting an impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis, and an impact fee enactment that imposes a fire/EMS public safety impact fee; providing for the calculation and collection of such fee; and providing for appeal, accounting, severability of the same, and other related matters.
