2025 GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City will hold a Municipal General Election to eliminate one candidate from the field of Mayor Candidates and two candidates from the field of (four-year) City Council candidates. One In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal General Election ballot as follows: MAYOR MIKE SARLES KIM SOPER CITY COUNCIL (2 FOUR-YEAR SEATS) JAMES WALTER KINSEY LORI TALBOT BOBBY OWENS DAVID DODDS CITY COUNCIL (1 TWO-YEAR SEAT) CINDY STEWART 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Early Voting: Courthouse, Tuesday, October 21st - Monday, November 3rd.. BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GARFIELD COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE BY 8:00 PM ON ELECTION DAY. Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by the Garfield County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Boxes will be located at the Garfield County Courthouse, located at 55 S Main, Panguitch, UT 84759. An individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual ballot by mail may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the County Clerk at (435) 676-1120. Logic and Accuracy Test - Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 1:30 a.m. Post-Election Audit - Tuesday, November 10th, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Ballots will be processed (i.e. signature verification; opening ballots; scanning ballots; adjudicating ballots; replicating damaged or defective ballots; and or tabulating votes) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, at the Garfield County Clerk's Office.
