2025 GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City will hold a Municipal General Election to eliminate one candidate from the field of Mayor Candidates and two candidates from the field of (four-year) City Council candidates. One In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal General Election ballot as follows:

2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Early Voting: Courthouse, Tuesday, October 21st - Monday, November 3rd..
BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GARFIELD COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE BY 8:00 PM ON ELECTION DAY.
Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by the Garfield County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Boxes will be located at the Garfield County Courthouse, located at 55 S Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
An individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual ballot by mail may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the County Clerk at (435) 676-1120.
Logic and Accuracy Test - Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 1:30 a.m.
Post-Election Audit - Tuesday, November 10th, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
Ballots will be processed (i.e. signature verification; opening ballots; scanning ballots; adjudicating ballots; replicating damaged or defective ballots; and or tabulating votes) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, at the Garfield County Clerk's Office.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The City of Panguitch will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact Lori Talbot Panguitch City office at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs.
